WBS & partners is a leading organisational and people development organisation that works with employers and employees to enhance the effectiveness and quality of their business and services.

We aim to improve the skills of employees by supporting the change in their attitudes and behaviours at work. We champion the concept that people can effect real and lasting change throughout their working life through learning and personal development.

As a result of using our services employees are;

better motivated, more self-aware and confident;
able to have more positive involvement with their employer;
willing to contribute to their workplace, their community and to the Scottish economy.
